On the occasion of its traditional event “Plant Open Day”, TITAN Cementara Kosjerić had the pleasure of hosting colleagues, partners and all interested co-citizens with whom we foster successful cooperation. Visitors had the opportunity to take part in an exciting journey by tourist train through the plant, and to get to know mayor plant facilities, along with a visit to the Suvo Vrelo mine. During that period, our colleagues, acting as guides, provided them with the most important information about the production process, as well as the company operations.

At the beginning of the event, there was a presentation of the Integrated Annual Report for 2021. On that occasion, the most important company results in the previous year were presented to the associates and partners who gathered. TCK’s general manager, Miroslav Gligorijević, made a special impression by giving the closing remarks in which he vividly presented a very small impact of the plant on the air quality in Kosjerić. We achieve this owing to the continuous reduction of emissions – thus fulfilling our promise to achieve increasingly better results in environmental protection.

Cementara has hosted approximately 400 visitors this year, with appropriate service and music, and they enjoyed the entertainment, intended for adult fellow citizens, as well as children of different ages. The competition in throwing balls in a basket with the use of personal protective equipment, sports and recreational games, knowledge quizzes, workshops for children and table football, attracted numerous guests, among whom the best participants were awarded.

By opening the doors to community representatives, TCK has once again confirmed its commitment to transparency in communicating with its stakeholders and the readiness to continue successful cooperation with them, with the aim of improving the common surrounding.
