Verification was carried out by experts from Det Norske Veritas (DNV) who stayed in our factory between August 28 and March 31. DNV is a foundation that provides identification, verification and consultancy services to clients on risk management, focusing on improving operations in a socially responsible manner. DNV was originally established in 1864 in Norway, with the aim to inspect and evaluate the technical conditions of Norwegian merchant vessels. Its main objective today is safeguarding life, property and the environment.

The purpose of DNV visit was to provide verification services in connection with our Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report and its alignment with international standards and reporting guidelines of the Cement Sustainability Initiative (CSI). DNV confirmed the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the report and proposed the areas for development, based on meetings with the management and analysis of data sources.

Besides the compliance of TCK reporting with the requirements, we are proud of DNV approval of our commitment, mature management systems and continuous improvement – as another confirmation of our values.
