As 2012 came to a close, our Company traditionally took great pride in spreading the holiday spirit in Kosjeric.

Getting into the holiday spirit began in the Great Hall of the National Library “Sreten Maric” with the play “Ring Round the World”, performed for children and their parents by actors of the children theatre “Carapa” from Belgrade. Together with the Clock Budiša, we saw off Santa Claus on a trip around the world so he could deliver to children presents they had asked for. Whilst the reindeer parade was preparing to leave with jingle bells and small boxes filled with fresh-baked cookies made by Cica Cook, a little Sophia’s forgotten letter was discovered. Her wish was rather unusual: a cover for closing the hole from which darkness comes from! This was a very good reason for the Reindeer Parade to travel around the world and fulfill the little girl’s wish.

On December 26, our colleagues’ children received many greetings and nice presents from Santa Claus at the traditional celebration for kids, held at the Olympic Hotel. Hundred and twenty children got their New Year’s Eve packages at the celebration which ended with a big party, with all kids and their parents singing and dancing together. Our little ones – babies born in 2012, whose number was much higher than the previous years, were in the centre of attention.
