Company expresses the principles of sustainable development by supporting young people who want to learn, acquire and increase their knowledge. Thus, for many years, various internship programmes have been realised in our company for high school students, university students and graduates from Kosjerić.
In 2014 we launched a programme called “Knowledge for Challenges – Building a Culture of Continuous Learning”, intended for the professional training of young academic students from the local community.
The programme enables the application of faculty theoretical knowledge in real business processes and the activities of our company. In addition to valuable work experience and on-the-job training at TCK, interns can receive referrals to help them find their first job.
Titan’s internship is part of a project implemented by the European Youth Pact, within the European Network for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Europe), to which the TITAN Group is a signatory.
