TITAN Cementara Kosjerić is proud that this year it traditionally hosted the 8th grade pupils from the elementary school “Jordan Đukanović” from Varda. This meeting was organized as a part of our program titled “Professional Orientation”. The goal of this program is to introduce our oldest generation of elementary school pupils to the different fields of work and occupational programs that exist within TCK, so that the pupils would be able to grasp the broader picture of the activities conducted in our company and, in doing so, maybe make the decision related to their future calling a bit easier for them.
During this visit, the pupils were able to obtain knowledge related to the basic processes involved in the production, as well as the way in which our organizational units operate. During a walk, through socializing and by having a discussion with the pupils, we had an opportunity to get to know their interests and plans for their future education goals. We hope that we will, with this interactive approach, help our youth in their choice of future educational professions and work that they will practice.
