This year’s celebration of TITAN Cementara Kosjerić Plant Anniversary Day was enriched with numerous activities celebrating sports, community, innovation, and dedication. In addition to the hiking event and Sports Days, we especially recognize colleagues whose long-term commitment has made a lasting impact on our company.

Factory Day is also the occasion when we traditionally announce the best ideas submitted through our PROGRESS program. This year’s awarded proposals, aimed at improving processes and safety, are:

• 1st Prize: Nikola Vajović – Installation of thermal imaging cameras in and around the solid fuel storage area
• 2nd Prize: Milan Ristanović – Installation of an inductive loop at the automated truck loading of primary crushed limestone
• 3rd Prize: Nemanja Pavlović – Modification of the access to the safety flap in front of the raw mill

Employee Creativity Through the Lens

Additionally, we announced the winners of the annual “Photo Contest – Our Story” competition, celebrating creativity and authentic moments from our colleagues. This year’s winners are:

• 1st Place: Aleksa Kijačić – “Winter as a Challenge, Light as the Way”
• 2nd Place: Nemanja Gligorijević – “Night Before the Exam by the Lamp”
• 3rd Place: Miloš Karaklajić – “Riders of the Fog”
