At TITAN Cementara Kosjerić, we believe that sustainable development is built through knowledge, collaboration, and open dialogue. That is why we organized a workshop for representatives of local organizations and institutions in cooperation with Creative Mentorship. Through stakeholder surveys and consultations, the topic of “Sustainability and Financial Project Management” emerged as a genuine need, which became the focus of our discussion during the workshop.

Using practical examples, we explored project and financial management, the importance of high-quality reporting, and the challenges that organizations and individuals face in project implementation.

The workshop was enriched by the participants themselves. Through their questions, experience, and active engagement, they contributed to an open and inspiring exchange of ideas across various fields that are important for community development.
