Remaining committed to transparent reporting on key environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) results, and anticipating the expectations of our stakeholders, this year we are presenting our Sustainability Report in video format, after 14 years of printed editions.

The report clearly reflects our purpose and values, and we are providing a detailed overview of key ESG performance indicators.

Among the most notable achievements in 2024, we highlight:

• Our safety clock – which records days without workplace injuries among direct employees – reached an impressive 1,396 days by the end of the year.
• More than €365,000 was allocated to support the local community.
• We achieved a turnover of €13.7 million with local suppliers from Kosjerić.
• We welcomed 18 new colleagues, while 14 young professionals completed our internship program.
