Champions in Learning Award – Great Recognition for TCK
We are happy to share that our company has received another great award at the recently held Leadership Summit in Athens. The Learning Champions is awarded by TITAN Group in recognition of continuous development and enhancement of employees’ knowledge and skills.
This recognition is a direct result of our engagement, curiosity, and willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge with each other. Every course we attended, every workshop we participated in, every exchange of ideas – all of it contributed to this success.
As part of the ranking process for the Learning Champions award, key indicators of employee engagement in development and education were taken into account. The criteria included:
- total number of training hours completed during 2024,
- average number of hours per employee dedicated to skills and competency development, and
- percentage of unique participants in knowledge acquisition initiatives.
Additionally, the ratio of those actively attending online courses to those who activated their learning platforms licenses was evaluated.
