The Rising Leaders pilot project has been an inspiring initiative designed for young leaders within the TITAN Group. Through a six-month academy comprising 10 specific modules, the program has provided comprehensive learning that combined theoretical knowledge, hands-on techniques, and real-life experience.
Besides us, 20 young managers from 8 cement plants across the Group took part in the first cycle of the project – from Greece, Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Kosovo. In addition to acquiring key management and leadership skills, we got the chance to meet and share our professional experiences, thus creating long-term relationships that will benefit us in our future professional development.
The project aims to encourage our young leaders to recognize and develop their full potential, thereby creating leaders who will guide the company in the future.
